As an Email Marketing Specialist at FARO creaform, you will collaborate with international teams and support the production, deployment, and optimization of email communications across multiple languages, regions, and business units. Responsibilities

- Build, integrate, configure, and deploy email communications using Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)

- Produce and manage multilingual email campaigns in up to 9 languages

- Support global marketing campaigns, newsletters, channel communications, and nurturing programs

- Configure tracking parameters, personalization elements, links,



and calls-to-action

- Perform quality assurance testing across devices, browsers, and email clients

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, tracking, and configuration

- Create, maintain, and update email templates and reusable communication assets

- Manage dynamic lists, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling

- Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality standards across all communications

- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional marketing teams

Requirements

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field

- Experience producing and deploying email marketing campaigns

- Hands-on experience with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

- Understanding of audience segmentation, agile lists, and nurturing programs

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing

- Experience with email testing and quality assurance processes

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

- Experience working with standardized processes and documentation
