Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering (Mandatory). B.Tech optional.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PCB soldering, SMD and through-hole assembly.
- Handle electronics production, testing, debugging and quality control.
- Lead and supervise production and soldering technicians.
- Develop testing procedures and ensure product reliability.
- Participate in new product development, prototyping and R&D.;
- Troubleshoot electronic circuits and PCB-related issues.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of fabrication, fitting, drilling and product assembly.
- Coordinate electronics and mechanical product integration.
- Manage daily production planning and team performance.

Required Skills




- Solid practical knowledge of electronics and PCB assembly.
- Experience in soldering, testing and troubleshooting.
- Basic mechanical engineering knowledge.
- R&D; and new product development experience.
- Team handling and production management skills.

Candidate must be capable of independently managing electronics production, testing, quality control and R&D; activities. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
