- Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

● Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, attend complaints, and complete repairs on lift systems.

● Diagnose malfunctions and conduct troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively.

● Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.

● Collaborate with other technicians and service teams to optimize lift performance.

● Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.

● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Average response time to service calls.

● Customer satisfaction ratings, measured through surveys.





● Number of completed maintenance tasks versus planned tasks.

● Compliance with safety standards and regulations.

● Reduction in repeat service calls for the same issue.

Field Technicians | Service and Maintenance – JD

- Domain Skills

● Understanding of lift systems, including electrical, hydraulic,

and mechanical components.

● Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards,

such as ASME and EN standards, is an added advantage.

● Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

- Technical Competencies

● Proficient in troubleshooting and repair techniques for lift systems.

● Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in lift maintenance.

● Basic knowledge of electrical systems and programming.

● Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
