SMT Maintenance Engineer with Minimum 5 year experience

Roles and Responsibilities

- To independently handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of SMT production equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and product quality
- Analyze electrical faults and restore machines with minimum downtime
- Ensure all machines are properly grounded/earthed to prevent ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) damage to the circuit boards being manufactured.
- Execute Daily /monthly PM for SMT equipment.Solder Paste Printer,Pick & Place Machines,Reflow Oven Conveyor systems,Loader / Unloader
- Inspect and maintain mechanical components Feeders, belts, bearings, shafts, cylinders,Linear guides, ball screws, clamps

- Strict adherence to: Electrical safety standards,ESD, 5S, LOTO procedures




- Strong hands-on in:Servo motors & servo drives,Sensors (photoelectric, proximity, vision sensors),SMPS, power distribution systems,Control panels, relays, contactors, MCCBs,PLC basic to intermediate troubleshooting,I/O fault analysis,Parameter monitoring,Perform machine calibration & interlock checks.
- Identify critical spares and manage inventory

- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and support visits
- Support installation of recent equipment
- System work (PPT,Excel). Responsible/Support for New machine comissioning, Trial, New machine spare parts planning and Maintenance prevention

- Should Particiapte into Preventive and shutdown maintenance
