Role Overview:

We are looking for proactive and responsible EHS professionals at Junior and Senior levels to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance and a safe working environment across our facilities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with EHS policies.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections.
- Identify hazards and implement risk control measures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by workers.
- Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety training.
- Monitor work at height, electrical safety and hot work activities.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and waste management.
- Maintain safety documents,



inspection reports and permits.
- Implement emergency response and fire safety procedures.
- Coordinate with facility and operations teams to address safety concerns.
- Monitor contractor safety compliance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Track safety observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

Key Objective: To prevent workplace accidents, protect employees and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in EHS, Occupational Health & Safety or Facility Safety.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards, risk assessments and safety procedures.
- Experience in site inspections, safety audits and incident reporting.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualification or certification in Industrial Safety/EHS preferred.
