We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Amazon Marketplace Manager who can independently manage and handle all day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central account.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete management of Amazon Seller Central.
- Product listing creation, optimization, SEO and keyword research.
- A+ Content and Brand Store management.
- PPC campaigns creation, management and optimization.
- Inventory planning and stock management.
- Order processing, returns, refunds and customer queries.
- FBA and Easy Ship operations management.
- Handling account health, performance notifications and policy issues.
- Managing FBA shipments, FC issues and reimbursement claims.
- Sales analysis, business reports and performance improvement.
- Coordinating with Amazon Seller Support for escalations and resolutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Amazon Seller Central management.
- Good knowledge of Amazon policies, tools and marketplace operations.
- Ability to independently handle complete account operations.
- Solid analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Relevant Amazon Seller Central experience preferred.
