Job Summary Grafton Ecommerce is a growing international e-commerce company with operations in the UK and UAE. We are looking for an ambitious, confident and proactive E-commerce Operations Assistant to work closely with the CEO and support different areas of the business. This is a varied, hands-on role involving e-commerce, sales, marketing, social media, content creation, AI tools, technology, customer service and general business operations.

We want someone who can think independently, take initiative, learn quickly, embrace new technologies and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities - Work directly with the CEO on daily operations, projects and business priorities.

- Manage and update product listings, websites and online marketplaces.
- Assist with sales, marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Create social media content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Appear in promotional videos, product demonstrations and live-selling sessions.
- Use AI tools to assist with content creation, research, marketing and business tasks.
- Explore new technologies, software and automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and handle sales enquiries.
- Support stock management, orders and general business operations.
- Research products, competitors and market opportunities.
- Identify problems, suggest improvements and take ownership of tasks.
- Support new business ideas, product launches and growth opportunities.

Skills & Qualities - Confident, ambitious and motivated.

- Good written and spoken English.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using computers, social media and digital platforms.
- Interest in AI, technology and learning new software.




- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Excel, Shopify, AI content creation tools or other business software would be an advantage.
- Experience with different technologies, digital tools, automation or online platforms would be beneficial.
- Willing to appear on camera and communicate with customers.
- Creative, organised and adaptable.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Interested in e-commerce, sales, marketing and business.
- Willing to learn and take on recent responsibilities. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Experience with AI tools, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing or other technologies will be particularly helpful. Full training can be provided to the right candidate.
