ABOUT THE COMPANY

Zyraderm Private Limited is a Gurugram-based skincare and personal care company. Our brand, i-insist,

offers science-led moisturizers, cleansers and treatment products for oily and reactive skin. Our launch range includes a serum, moisturizer, face wash, lip balm and a boba cream. We are building the brand from the ground up, and the team members who join now will shape how i-insist is seen by its first customers.

Position E-commerce & Marketplace Marketing Executive (Intern, with PPO)

Reports to Founder & CEO

Location Gurugram office (on-site)

Working days and hours Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Start date 1 December 2026

Internship duration 3 months, with a performance review at the end of Month 2

Eligibility Candidates from IIDE – The Digital School; Google Ads certification preferred

ROLE SUMMARY

You will own i-insist’s presence and sales growth on online marketplaces and support the company’s D2C website. The role covers listings, catalogue and order operations, marketplace advertising and on-camera brand representation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketplace and e-commerce

- Set up and manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant marketplaces such as

Nykaa and Myntra.

- Create and optimise product listings: titles, bullets, A+ content, keywords, images and pricing.
- Manage inventory, orders, returns and settlements together with the Founder.
- Run marketplace advertising (Amazon Sponsored Products, Flipkart Ads) and track ACOS and ROAS.
- Monitor ratings,



reviews and competitor pricing, and flag issues early.
- Upload and maintain the product catalogue on the i-insist website.
- Prepare weekly sales and performance reports in Excel using VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Content and growth support

- Support Meta and Google campaigns for product pages and funnel improvement.
- Create reels, short videos and social media content that supports product promotion.

On-camera and brand presence

- Appear on camera for i-insist reels, Vox Pops and other brand video content.
- Take part in on-ground events and random activations, including showcasing i-insist products at canopies and stalls.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)

Numeric targets will be fixed jointly with the Founder after the first month of live data. Initial targets are below.

Marketplace ad performance ACOS and ROAS benchmarks set in Month 1 and improved each month

Weekly sales report Submitted every Friday, 100% on time

On-camera and event participation Attendance and participation in all scheduled shoots and events

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Training in digital marketing from IIDE or equivalent; Google Ads certification.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), Google Analytics and Canva.
- Attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
- Comfort being on camera and interacting with people at events.

COMPENSATION

Phase Amount (in-hand)

Internship (3 months, 1 December 2026 to end February 2027) ₹8,000 per month

After PPO (full-time, from March 2027) ₹11,600 per month (8,000 plus a 45%

increase)

Incentives

- Internship performance bonus: ₹800 per month if at least 80% of the KPIs are achieved.
- After PPO: quarterly performance incentive of up to 5% of monthly pay, linked to marketplace sales,

ACOS and ROAS once the brand is selling.
