We provide e-commerce-related services, including marketplace account management, product listing, catalogue management, order processing, inventory management and seller account support.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.
- Create and update product listings with titles, descriptions, images and prices.
- Handle daily orders, shipping and delivery updates.
- Maintain product stock and inventory records.
- Monitor seller account performance and resolve basic issues.
- Handle customer returns, refunds and cancellations.
- Assist with product promotions and online advertisements.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with clients and provide regular updates.
- Stay updated with marketplace rules and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces.




- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or Meesho Supplier Panel is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic computer and internet operating skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new tools, platforms and technologies.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant e-commerce certifications or practical knowledge will be given preference.

Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management or online selling is preferred.
