Job Summary

Designation: Dy. Financial Controller ( Cost & Works)

Location: West Africa

Responsibilities

- To prepare and update data for site wise/ job wise costs and analysis
- Preparation of budget vs. expenses report - project wise
- Reconciliation of Certifications and proper documentation for posting in accounts
- Reconciliation of Cost data ( Budget data ) with financial data
- Preparation of monthly report project wise for management ( Expenses, milestones achieved, Work Certified/ uncertified etc with the help of relevant project departments)
- Calculation Work in Progress at the end of year from financial records
- Participating in physical verification of stores
- Participation in Cost control committee
- Any other job assigned by Superiors
