We’re Hiring – Drone Pilots & Co-Pilots | Agri Drone Operations – Tamil Nadu

NexXora is expanding its Agri Drone Operations team and is looking for passionate candidates who are interested in working at the intersection of agriculture, drones and field technology.

Drone Pilot Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of drone operations experience
- Minimum 100 flying hours
- RPTO Certification from a DGCA-authorised RPTO
- Experience in agricultural drone operations/spraying will be an added advantage

Co-Pilot Requirements
- Freshers are welcome
- RPTO Certification preferred/required as applicable
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence
- Willingness to work in field conditions and travel across assigned locations

General Eligibility

- Small / Small-Medium drone category




- 12th Pass / Diploma preferred; Graduates may also apply
- Candidates below 30 years preferred
- Comfortable with outdoor and agricultural field operations
