About Us:

GKS Projects and Events is an event management firm. We handle large-scale government and corporate events across India, and we are hiring an experienced driver to run our Eicher vehicle for material transport and site logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the company Eicher vehicle to transport event material, tentage and equipment between the warehouse and event sites
- Ensure timely, protected pickup and delivery as instructed by the site or logistics team
- Carry out daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, lights) and report any issues on time
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good running condition
- Maintain the logbook, fuel records, trip details and toll receipts
- Keep vehicle documents updated and available (RC, insurance, permit, fitness, PUC)




- Help with loading and unloading supervision when required
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines

Requirements:

- Valid Heavy / Transport (HMV / HGMV) driving licence is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience driving Eicher or similar commercial vehicles
- Good knowledge of routes in UP, Uttarakhand and nearby states
- Ready for outstation travel and long trips as per project needs
- Ready to work flexible hours during event setup and dismantling
- Clean driving record, disciplined and punctual
- Basic Hindi reading skills (for challans and documents)

Documents Required: Driving licence, Aadhaar card, 2 photos, and previous experience proof (if any)
