Role Description The Director – Technical Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technology programs from concept to delivery. This role oversees program planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with product and business objectives while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. The director partners with engineering, product, and business teams to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive timely release of high-quality solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading program reviews, tracking milestones and metrics, resolving blockers, and ensuring effective communication across teams and leadership. This role also provides technical guidance,



mentors program and project managers, and contributes to long-term technology and product strategy for Skeps’ POS financing platform.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Product Development and IT Strategy skills to define roadmaps, align technology initiatives with business goals, and drive innovation.
- Candidates should possess Software Development experience and the ability to work closely with engineering teams on architecture, design, and implementation trade-offs.
- 10–12 years of overall experience in technical program or project management roles, including leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS products is highly beneficial.
- Proven leadership abilities, including mentoring teams, influencing without direct authority, and collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
