Role Description The Diploma Trainee Engineer role at Ralson Tires Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Pithampur. The trainee will support daily manufacturing operations, including monitoring production processes, assisting in equipment setup, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing basic production data, helping to identify process improvements, and coordinating with supervisors and operators to resolve routine issues.



The role also involves learning company procedures, participating in training on tire manufacturing technologies, and maintaining accurate documentation of work activities.

Diploma Trainee

Engineers are expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
- Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, basic engineering principles, and industrial safety practices.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, standard operating procedures, and basic quality control methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a quick-paced plant environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements in a tire manufacturing facility.
- Proficiency in using MS Office or basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.
- Interest in long-term career growth within manufacturing or automotive/tire industry; prior internship or industrial training is an advantage.
