Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategies, manage client campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and drive qualified lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and performance marketing, with the ability to independently manage campaigns, handle client requirements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage social media marketing, content strategies, brand positioning, and audience engagement across relevant platforms.
- Handle digital marketing projects for clients across Indian and international markets.




- Develop lead-generation campaigns focused on attracting qualified prospects and improving conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, advertising budgets, website traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Prepare performance reports, marketing insights, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, developers, and other teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Manage client communication, campaign planning, performance reviews, and ongoing marketing requirements.
- Explore emerging digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing tools, and automation opportunities.
- Support ZolvMinds' internal branding, digital presence, and business growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency, IT services, SaaS, or B2B environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4),



Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Proven experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign budget management.
- Valuable understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts and managing campaigns independently.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns for international clients.
- Exposure to B2B lead generation, IT services, SaaS, or technology-focused businesses.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve campaign productivity and marketing performance.
- Ability to guide junior team members and manage multiple projects.
