About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to drive digital growth, consumer engagement, and online revenue across performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, D2C, quick commerce, SEO, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms; optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.

Drive growth across D2C, e-commerce, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, and Flipkart.

Manage social media, content, influencer, and creator marketing initiatives.

Drive website/D2C growth, customer acquisition, retention, remarketing, and repeat purchases. Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility.

Track digital performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights based on ROI, revenue,



traffic, and conversions.

Manage digital/creative/media agencies and ensure timely campaign execution.

Lead and mentor the digital marketing team and work closely with Brand, Sales, E-commerce, and Creative teams.

Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, D2C, Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Brands preferred. Strong experience in managing digital campaigns and marketing budgets.

Good understanding of digital consumer behavior and online purchase journeys.

Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
