Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.
- Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- DevOps practices, release management, and deployment automation.
- Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Linux administration and scripting (Bash / Python / Shell).
- Understanding of DevSecOps and security best practices.
- Git repository management, branching strategies, and merge requests.
Valuable to Have:
- Salesforce DevOps deployment experience.
- Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Relevant DevOps or cloud certifications.
