Role Description The DevOps Engineer will support the design, deployment, and maintenance of Truwave’s SaaS platform infrastructure and tooling.

Responsibilities include implementing and managing CI pipelines, maintaining and optimizing on-premise and cloud environments, and automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code. The role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting performance and reliability issues, collaborating with software developers on deployment strategies, and ensuring secure, compliant operations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Madurai,



requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams to support continuous delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices for automated provisioning and configuration management.
- Proficiency in Software Development and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar) to build and integrate tooling for DevOps workflows.
- Hands-on expertise with Continuous Integration systems and pipelines to support automated builds, tests, and deployments.
- Solid background in System Administration and Linux, including performance tuning, security hardening, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, and a focus on reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
