About the Role The Senior Manager – Design shall be responsible for leading and supervising the design team, conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential real estate projects, and ensuring effective space planning, functionality, aesthetics, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading and supervising the design team
- Conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential real estate projects
- Ensuring efficient space planning, functionality, aesthetics, and cost optimization
- Reviewing and scrutinizing architectural drawings prepared by architects and consultants
- Ensuring accuracy, technical feasibility, and compliance with applicable building by-laws and development control regulations
- Overseeing the preparation of conceptual plans, layouts, elevations, sections,



and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and hand drafting wherever required
- Coordinating with structural, MEP, planning, and project execution teams
- Resolving design-related issues
- Maintaining drawing quality and revision control
- Ensuring timely delivery of design drawings in line with project requirements and organizational standards

- B. Arch/ M. Arch

Requirements

- 8Yrs along with managerial experience
- Preferred Age Group: 30-40 years

Location & Work Mode

- Job Location: Vadodara
- Work Mode: Onsite

Compensation

- CTC Range : 10 lacs to 12 lacs Per Annum
