Job Responsibilities

1. Generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through open-market sourcing.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities through connectors, DSAs, channel partners, and other referral networks.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with property brokers, builders, financial consultants, and connectors.
4. Source quality HL/LAP leads with ticket sizes ranging from 10 lakh to 50 lakh.
5. Conduct customer meetings, understand financial requirements, and offer suitable loan solutions.
6. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement.
7. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.
8. Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.




9. Develop recent connector networks and strengthen existing relationships to generate consistent business.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Home Loans / LAP sales.
- Strong knowledge of open-market sourcing and connector management.
- Experience in generating business through DSAs, connectors, and direct customer acquisition.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage the complete loan sales process.
- Candidates with experience in affordable housing finance and LAP products will be preferred.
