Role Description The Deputy Manager will support the management of day-to-day operations at the Rae Bareli facility, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are met. This full-time, hybrid role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines, and resolving operational issues, with some flexibility to work from home as business needs allow.

Responsibilities include planning and optimizing resources, reviewing performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and supporting adherence to ISO and other regulatory standards.

The Deputy

Manager will prepare reports, assist in budgeting and cost control, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.



The role also includes mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining solid communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in operations management, production planning, and process optimization suitable for a precision engineering environment.
- Experience in quality management, including familiarity with ISO standards, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, or Lean.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of MS Office or similar tools to track performance and support decision-making.
- Effective stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills to coordinate across departments and guide team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering company, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Rae Bareli, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and strong time management skills.
