Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming quality inspection and supplier part quality.
- Lead and develop the incoming quality / supplier quality team.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve incoming quality issues.
- Handle EO / 4M changes and ISIR activities.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for supplier quality problems.
- Conduct supplier audits and follow up on action closure.
- Participate in and respond to customer quality audits.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of seat assembly including frame, foam, covering, plastic parts.
- Understanding of welding, press shop, sheet metal, plastic injection molding processes.
- Familiar with fabric & artificial leather covering processes.
- Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
- Experience with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards
