Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Deputy Credit Manager to manage credit operations, assess loan applications, ensure compliance with company policies, and support the Branch Credit Manager in maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and evaluate loan applications, financial documents, and customer profiles.

- Conduct credit appraisals and assess the repayment capacity of borrowers.

- Ensure proper verification of customer documents and credit bureau reports.

- Support the Branch Credit Manager in managing daily credit operations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor loan quality and identify potential credit risks.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.





- Ensure timely completion of credit assessments and approval processes.

- Conduct field visits and customer verifications whenever required.

- Maintain accurate credit records and prepare reports as per company requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; a finance-related qualification will be preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in credit operations, preferably in NBFC, banking, or microfinance.

- Skills: Credit appraisal, financial analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making.

- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
