About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated New Build Deployment Engineer to manage the end-to-end deployment of telecom infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of current site rollouts, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the deployment lifecycle. The role involves managing site deployment activities from assignment until successful Hand Over and Take Over (HOTO).

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys and assess site readiness before deployment.

- Coordinate with telecom operators, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.

- Supervise civil works, tower erection, electrical installations, and telecom equipment deployment.

- Monitor project progress and ensure deployment milestones are achieved within defined timelines.

- Resolve deployment-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely closure.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.

- Support site acceptance and HOTO activities upon project completion.

- Prepare and submit deployment status reports to management.
