: Delivery Manager

Job Title: Delivery Manager

Location: Trivandrum

Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Summary The Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, AI-led business transformation, process innovation, and delivery governance across business units.

The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, implementing scalable solutions, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business value.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery &

- Program Management

- Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation, operational improvement, and strategic programs.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
- Establish strong delivery governance and track key milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Drive collaboration across business, operations, technology, and analytics teams.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

Operations Management
- Lead operational planning and execution to ensure business objectives are achieved effectively.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms.
- Drive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage operational risks, dependencies, escalations, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency.

AI &
- Digital Transformation

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve business outcomes.
- Partner with business and technology teams to define AI use cases and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of AI-powered and automation solutions.




- Track and measure the business impact of transformation initiatives.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and operational intelligence across teams.

Innovation &
- Process Improvement

- Drive ideation initiatives and identify innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Design and implement recent operational processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate adoption strategies.
- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline existing business processes.

Leadership &
- Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery and operational teams.
- Facilitate change management and organizational adoption initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
- Influence strategic decisions through operational insights, performance metrics, and transformation recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in delivery management, operations, transformation, program management, or related areas.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex business or technology initiatives.
- Experience driving AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives.




- Strong experience in stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or AI-related certifications are preferred.
