Role Description The Dehydrated Onion Garlic Export Executive role is an on-site position based in Bhavnagar. The person in this role manages end-to-end export operations for dehydrated onion and garlic, including coordinating international orders, preparing and reviewing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include communicating with overseas clients, tracking shipments, coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams, and supporting sales activities to expand international markets.

The executive also monitors trade regulations, maintains accurate records,



and helps improve export processes to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Export Documentation and Import Export skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in Export and International Trade.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, especially in B2B or food/agri-products.
- Candidates should possess good communication and negotiation skills with international clients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, and shipping/logistics processes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or export management systems.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Commerce, International Business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in food or agro-commodity exports is an advantage.
