Role & responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate production shift activities to achieve production targets.
- Supervise operators, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ensure smooth plant operations by minimizing downtime and resolving process issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for efficient production.
- Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure production of quality products without batch failures and adherence to quality standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a protected working environment.
- Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure housekeeping standards as per 5S requirements.
- Participate in and support TQM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
