Manager Distribution Center
Role Summary:
Support the DC Manager in running a high-volume, 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Oversee daily operations, lead large teams, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards, and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise team leads, supervisors, and 100+ warehouse associates.
- Manage inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound functions.
- Maintain KPIs: order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory control.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Use WMS to monitor workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Report performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
Qualification & Education Requirements:
- Any Regular Degree
- 713 years in warehouse or distribution management (large facility preferred).
- Leadership skills, WMS proficiency, problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work versatile shifts
