Role Summary

Model Building (Pharma) L3 to L4 Any Hybrid As a Senior Data Scientist (Associate Scientist), you will take ownership of designing and validating advanced statistical, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI models to drive predictive insights for pharma forecasting, HCP targeting, and segmentation. Operating with high independence, you will partner with AI Engineering and commercial stakeholders to translate complex model outputs into actionable business decisions. In this role, you will also mentor junior analysts, ensure the rigor of AI-assisted development practices, and continuously elevate the accuracy and business relevance of predictive models across client engagements.

Responsibilities • Design, develop, and validate statistical, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLM) to solve complex commercial pharma challenges such as forecasting and HCP targeting.

- Evaluate model performance, formulate hypotheses,



and apply appropriate data science techniques to current datasets within a business context.
- Review and sign off on AI- or agent-generated modeling outputs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to industry guidelines before client delivery.
- Collaborate with AI Engineering and MLOps teams to facilitate seamless model deployment, monitoring, and handover.
- Guide and mentor less experienced analysts, elevating the team's modeling techniques, rigor, and adoption of AI-assisted tooling.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing models, standardize best practices, and develop reusable accelerators to improve team delivery velocity.

Requisites

Experience 4-8 years of experience in data science and advanced analytics, including a proven track record of independent model development and mentoring junior team members.

Pharma is mandatory.
