Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with robust MS Excel skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data entry, spreadsheet management, data cleaning, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in MS Excel.
- Create, format, and manage Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Use Excel formulas such as SUM, IF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other functions.
- Perform data sorting, filtering, cleaning, and validation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Identify and correct data errors and duplicate entries.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.




- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, PivotTables, sorting, and filtering.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and file management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or MIS work is an advantage.
- Candidates with practical Excel knowledge will be preferred.
