A. Required Education Qualification -

- Graduation with 60% Marks from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in computer typing (Typing Speed: 40-60 Word per minute)

B. Key Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Data Entry & Management: Enter, update, verify and maintain departmental data in prescribed software, portals and databases.
2. MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly and periodic MIS reports.
3. Record Maintenance: Maintain Excel sheets, registers, databases and digital records systematically.
4. Data Compilation & Analysis: Collect, consolidate, analyze and verify data from various offices and field units.
5. Documentation & Correspondence: Prepare reports, statements, presentations and official correspondence using MS Office.
6. Portal Management: Operate departmental portals and applications for uploading, downloading and processing data.
7. Data Accuracy & Verification: Identify and rectify data discrepancies, missing information and duplicate entries.
8. Digital Record Management: Handle scanning, filing,



indexing and digitization of official documents.
9. Confidentiality & Security: Ensure confidentiality and security of departmental data and official records.
10. Administrative Support: Provide computer-related and office assistance to officers and perform other duties assigned by the competent authority.

D. Skills Required-

- Valuable working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data compilation, sorting, filtering and preparation of reports.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of internet operations, email handling and online data management portals.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain digital records.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
- Drafting and Noting Skills.
