We are looking for a D365 Retail &

- Commerce Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience to assess customer retail operations, optimize Dynamics 365 Commerce configurations, and enable business users to fully leverage D365 Retail &
- Commerce capabilities across stores, channels, and customer engagement processes.

- 8+ years of experience in retail and commerce solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.

- Evaluate current customer configuration across Retail Headquarters, POS (Point of Sale), Call Center, E-commerce, Store Operations, Product Assortments, Pricing &
- Promotions, Loyalty Programs, and Channel Management.

- Assess retail business processes and identify configuration gaps, operational inefficiencies, and system issues impacting store performance, customer experience, inventory visibility, and sales operations.

- Recommend and implement configuration improvements to optimize omnichannel retail operations, including store management, online sales, order fulfillment, returns, and customer engagement.

- Configure and support Commerce Scale Unit (CSU), Retail Channels, POS devices, payment integrations, fiscal integrations, and retail statement processing.

- Review and optimize product information management (PIM), product catalogs, assortments, categories, attributes, barcodes, and channel synchronization processes.

- Support setup and enhancement of pricing strategies, discounts,



promotions, coupons, loyalty programs, gift cards, and customer rewards management.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand retail challenges and translate business requirements into scalable D365 Commerce configurations and solutions.

- Configure and support order management processes, including buy online pickup in store (BOPIS), ship-from-store, click-and-collect, customer orders, and omnichannel fulfillment capabilities.

- Review inventory visibility and retail replenishment configurations to improve stock availability, reduce stockouts, and support efficient store operations.

- Train store associates, retail managers, customer service teams, merchandising teams, and business users on effective use of D365 Commerce functionality, POS operations, and retail workflows.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex retail and commerce concepts in a explicit, business-friendly manner.
