Hiring: CV Sourcer | StarZen | Gurugram

Location: M3M Urbana, Sector 67, Gurugram

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Sunday-Thursday)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Friday & Saturday

StarZen is looking for a CV Sourcer to join our team in Gurugram.

Important: This is a dedicated CV Sourcing role, NOT an end-to-end Recruiter position.

Key Responsibilities

- Source relevant candidate profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Search and identify candidates based on assigned Job Descriptions (JDs) and mandatory skill requirements.
- Conduct keyword-based searches and Boolean searches to identify suitable CVs.
- Review and screen resumes for relevant skills, experience, and technical exposure.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidate profiles.
- Share relevant and shortlisted CVs with the recruitment team.
- Ensure quality and relevance of profiles against given hiring requirements.

Requirements

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in CV Sourcing / Profile Sourcing.
- Experience in IT/Technical CV sourcing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn,



and other job portals.
- Understanding of technical skills, keywords, and job descriptions.
- Valuable research, searching, and resume-screening skills.

Role Clarification

This position is exclusively focused on CV sourcing and profile identification. It does not involve:

- End-to-end recruitment.
- Interview scheduling or coordination.
- Candidate follow-ups and offer negotiations.
- Offer management or closure responsibilities.
