We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our growing team as Customer Support Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about helping customers .

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries

- Understand customer issues and provide prompt, accurate solutions

- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system

- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department

- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and customer satisfaction

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and skilled attitude toward customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any UG/PG degree from a recognized university

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Typing)

- Ability to handle pressure and multitask

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

- Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
