Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive and skilled customer experience.

Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor, track, and respond to all customer reviews, comments, and queries on Amazon, Flipkart, Instagram & other platforms.

Prepare daily/weekly reports - sentiment analysis, review rating trend,



TAT, and resolution rate.

Onboarding & Working with influencers

Good communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge
