Job Details:

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduates

Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shifts: Rotational shifts

Week Offs: Rotational

Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required (Voice Process experience preferred)

Skills: Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills

Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility available

Handle customer queries over calls and provide accurate, timely resolutions.

Maintain professional communication while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Follow process guidelines, meet performance targets, and maintain service quality standards.
