Inside Sales Executive

Any Undergrad, Graduate , Fresher or Experience can Apply

Salary :- 18K CTC - 22K CTC

Customer Service Executive

Any Undergrad, Graduate, Fresher & Experience can Apply.

Salary :- 17K CTC - 33K CTC [ Hike on last drawn salary ]

Fluency in Hindi & English is Mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through phone, and social platforms
- Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and navigation
- Manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Aim for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to overall customer experience
