Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive – Chat Process role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns via online chat, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely resolution. The executive will respond to customer requests, guide users through processes, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

Daily activities include tracking interactions, maintaining records of conversations,



and following established support procedures to achieve high customer satisfaction. The role also requires working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet service-level targets and support continuous improvement of the support process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Customer Support and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Online Support skills.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support skills for basic troubleshooting and guidance.
- Effective written communication skills and typing accuracy suitable for chat-based interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage shifts as per business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in chat or online customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in any field is an advantage.
