Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, in office position focused on providing high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications





- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
