Salary Details

- CTC: 25,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: 19,000 per month

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and address customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.




- Assist customers with service-related queries and requests.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow defined process guidelines and escalation procedures.
- Handle both voice and non-voice interactions as per business requirements.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (UG/Graduation).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills (B2 level).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must be comfortable working in a blended process.
- Must be flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Must be comfortable with rotational week-offs.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
