About the Role

Life Changing Astro is looking for an experienced and well-spoken Customer Care & Feedback Executive who can proactively connect with customers, gather feedback, understand their experiences, and help improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on their purchases, consultations, and overall experience.
- Understand customer concerns, queries, and expectations through effective conversations.
- Conduct follow-up calls and ensure proper communication with customers.
- Record customer feedback and maintain daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to communicate customer concerns and facilitate resolutions.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share actionable feedback with management.

Requirements




- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, explicit, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer conversations patiently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
