: Customer Services Executive

Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Services Executive to manage client relationships, handle customer inquiries and escalations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to maintain solid client relationships in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, escalations, and service requests.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Track shipment-related concerns, service delays, and pending requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up until closure.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, service performance, client interactions, and unresolved issues.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.




- Maintain accurate client records, communication history.
- Ensure timely updates to clients regarding shipment status, operational issues, and resolutions.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned departments or senior management when required.
- Support senior management in improving customer experience and service quality.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.
- Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, or supply chain customer service will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
