Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Care cum Front Desk Associate to assist visitors at DB Mall. The role involves interacting with customers, addressing genuine concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone visiting the mall.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with inquiries related to mall services, stores, directions, and facilities
- Resolve genuine customer complaints and issues calmly and efficiently
- Handle customer situations with patience, professionalism, and empathy
- Coordinate with mall management or relevant departments when required
- Maintain a positive and people-pleasing attitude at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction and create a welcoming workplace




- Maintain basic records or reports if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Pleasing personality with a customer-first approach
- Responsible, calm, and confident in handling situations
- Ability to listen and understand customer concerns
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles
- Freshers with good communication and attitude are welcome
