We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team in Karnataka. This role involves interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upselling products and services while following standard processes and procedures.

Additionally, you will redirect problems to appropriate resources to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent verbal communication skills, good logical reasoning, and analytical skills. You should be able to interact with customers effectively via calls or chats and possess robust typing skills.

A good personality and discipline are essential for this role. The position operates on a day shift or rotational shifts, including US and Australian shifts, with five working days a week and two days off. Candidates must be willing to work from the office.
