- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in COBOL, IBM CICS, IBM Db2.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM CICS, IBM Db2.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with integration of legacy systems with modern applications.
