Role Description

This is a flexible, part time role, based in Mumbai.

You'll join the crew that makes VOLTA happen. Depending on what you're into, that could mean:

- Event Operations & Live Experience — Assisting with venue setup and player check-ins to match flow, brackets and crowd control.
- Content Creation & Production — Film, edit, shoot photography and create social content that captures the game and the culture around it.
- Creative Studio & Visual Design — Create graphics, posters, animations and motion-led visuals that give VOLTA its identity.
- Football Talent & Community Scouting — Discover emerging ballers, build relationships across turfs and connect local football communities with VOLTA.
- Brand Partnerships & Growth — Research brands, support sponsorship pitches, discover creators and help build meaningful partnerships.
- Social Media & Culture — Plan content,



spot trends, explore new formats and help shape how VOLTA shows up online.
- Football Research & Insights — Track the grassroots scene, uncover stories, analyse content performance and find opportunities to grow the platform.
- Community & Player Experience — Build relationships with players, creators and fans, and help make every VOLTA experience worth being part of.

Who we are looking for:

- Passionate about football, its culture and growing the game in India (Have stayed up till 2am for a Champions League night and still turned up for a 7am turf game.)
- Proactive, creative and willing to take initiative.
- Willing to learn, experiment and take ownership of projects.
- Interested in content, media, events, design, research, marketing, partnerships or football operations.
- Reliable, accountable and able to follow through on commitments.
- You're comfortable with fast-moving event days.
- Strong communicators who work well in a team and bring fresh ideas.
- Available to contribute part-time, with clear and realistic commitments.
- Experienced or just starting out we value potential, initiative and passion over a perfect CV.
- Driven to create opportunities for grassroots players and build something meaningful with the VOLTA community.
