About Iblix Digital Iblix Digital is a Kolkata-based performance marketing and UGC production agency. We've worked with 200+ clients since 2023, including Boldfit, Milton, Godrej, Fuel Shoes and Helios, and we shoot everything in our in-house studio.

The role You take a client's brief all the way to a finished, high-performing ad: strategy, scripts, content calendar, studio shoot, and post production.

Key responsibilities

- Client coordination: Be the day-to-day contact for a set of D2C brands. Run onboarding, turn inputs into briefs, manage approvals and timelines.
- Creative strategy and Meta ads: Plan angles, hooks and formats. Research competitors on the Ad Library.

Use ad data (hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) with the performance team to decide what to test next.

- Scriptwriting: Write UGC, ad and Reel scripts in English, Hindi and Hinglish, with strong hooks, multiple hook variations and clear CTAs.
- Social media and content calendar: Plan monthly calendars, write captions, schedule posts and report on organic performance.
- Production direction: Plan and direct shoots in our studio: shot lists, props, casting and briefing creators, managing the studio calendar.
- Team coordination: Brief cinematographers and editors, review cuts,



and track every deliverable from script to delivery.

What we're looking for Must have

- 1–2 years at a agency, D2C brand or UGC/content production house
- A portfolio of scripts and ad creatives, ideally with results.
- A strong grasp of what makes a ad perform.
- Excellent English and Hindi/Hinglish writing
- Hands-on experience running shoots and directing talent
- Strong client communication and organisation across multiple brands
- Able to work on-site in Newtown.

Valuable to have: basic editing (CapCut or Canva), camera and lighting basics, a network of Kolkata UGC creators.
