1. Explain treatment plan, pricing and packages (including inclusions, exclusions) to patients and resolve their queries
2. Drive OP-IP conversion as per centre targets using levers such as Same day month booking, Cradle of Care (support group), Joy of Parenthood (patient referral program), Hope Blossoms (celebration of positive pregnancy patients)
3. Follow up with booked patients for further course of treatment, including OPU pendency, donor pendency, conversion of failed IUI/IVF cycle to IVF packages, conversion of multi-cycle package.
4. Keep patient data update daily with end-to-end patient journey and follow-up details
5. Get audio/video testimonials from patients after taking prior consent 6. Drive GMB collection
