Must be versatile in reviewing project documents such as scope of work documents, controls line-up documents and other line-ups and provide controls engineering support for:

1. Estimation of controls cost including engineering, programming and build costs
2. Preparation of electrical engineering drawings (can be an outsourced activity), review of controls specs, participation in engineering meetings, developing RWD controls line up documents, developing controls schematics, developing (could be working with a third party or system house) PLC and HMI programming.
3. Prepare documentation for transmittal to customer which include drawings, schematics, air and power drop requirements.
4. Provide build support during panel build, field wiring and installation.

Must have robust interpersonal skills, must speak well in English, Telugu and Hindi.



Must have prior experience dealing with customers for engineering and controls requirements. Must have a penchant for learning, take challenges as opportunities

Must communicate clearly with all the stakeholders

Must have good understanding of PLC systems (Allen Bradley is a MUST, Siemens and Schneider) & HMI systems; sensor and sensor systems, vision (camera) systems, guard and guard logic, general I/O requirements, all hardware and software necessary for most line build applications.

Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering with specialization or higher degree in controls systems, or post-graduate higher level diploma in control systems. Training(s) received during previous assignments in control systems can be considered as higher-level knowledge.
