Position Overview

FLY INFOTECH SERVICES is inviting applications from eligible fresh graduates for the position of Content Moderation Associate. The role involves reviewing user-generated content and helping maintain a safe, respectful, and policy-compliant online environment.

Job Details

· Job Title: Content Moderation Associate

· Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home

· CTC: ₹2.5 LPA

· Work Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week-offs

Eligibility Criteria

· Freshers only; candidates with prior work experience are not eligible.

· Must be a graduate from the 2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-out batch.

· Positive English communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Basic computer knowledge and comfort using online tools.

· Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

· Review text, images, videos,



and other user-generated content against platform policies and community guidelines.

· Identify and flag content that may violate applicable rules or standards.

· Make accurate, consistent, and timely moderation decisions.

· Maintain quality, productivity, and accuracy targets.

· Follow established procedures and escalate unclear or sensitive cases when required.

· Contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive online environment.

Required Skills

· Excellent English written and verbal communication.

· Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to follow guidelines and work processes carefully.

· Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with a team.

· Positive attitude, reliability, and readiness to learn.
